How to rotate a PDF

  1. Open your PDF. Drop it in or click to browse. Every page is shown as a thumbnail so you can see which ones need turning.
  2. Rotate the pages. Use each page's own buttons for individual pages, or 'All left' / 'All right' to turn the whole document. The preview updates instantly.
  3. Save and download. Press save and the new orientation is written permanently into the PDF, ready to download.

When you need to rotate a PDF

Scanned pages often come out sideways or upside down, and photos of documents can end up in the wrong orientation. Rotating fixes them so the PDF reads correctly and prints the right way up. Because Filexora works on your device, even private documents stay completely confidential.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. Rotation happens entirely inside your browser. Your file never leaves your device — no upload, no privacy risk.

Can I rotate just one page?

Yes. Each page has its own rotate-left and rotate-right buttons. You can also rotate every page at once with the 'All left' and 'All right' buttons.

Does the rotation stay permanent in the file?

Yes. When you save, the new page orientation is written into the PDF itself, so it opens correctly in any PDF reader.

Will rotating reduce the quality?

No. Rotation only changes each page's orientation flag — the actual content, text and images are untouched, so quality stays identical.

What if only some pages are sideways?

Rotate just those pages individually and leave the rest as they are. Only the pages you turn will change in the saved PDF.
