By using Filexora ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Use of the service

Filexora provides free tools that run in your browser to work with your own files. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with files you own or have the right to use. You must not use the Service to process content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or that you are not authorised to handle — for example, removing restrictions from documents you don't own.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to make the tools reliable, we can't guarantee they will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Always keep a backup of important files before processing them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filexora and its creators will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or files. Since processing happens on your own device, you are responsible for your files and results.

Intellectual property

The Filexora name, design and site content belong to us. The files you process remain entirely yours — we claim no rights over them.

Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers for hosting, analytics and advertising. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable.

Changes to the service and terms

We may add, change or remove tools, and we may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
