How to split or organize a PDF
- Open your PDF. Drop it in or click to browse. Every page is rendered as a thumbnail so you can see exactly what's inside.
- Keep or remove pages. Each page starts with a โ. Tap a page to drop it from the output; tap again to bring it back. Use "Keep all" or "Invert" to work faster.
- Reorder if you like. Drag pages into any order. The number badge shows where each kept page will land.
- Create and download. Press the button to build a new PDF with just the pages you chose, in the order you set.
Split, extract or delete โ all in one place
This one tool covers the jobs people usually need separate tools for: extract a few pages by dropping the rest, delete unwanted pages from a document, or reorganize a PDF by dragging pages into a new order. Because Filexora rebuilds the PDF on your device, even sensitive documents stay completely private.
Frequently asked questions
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The PDF is opened and rebuilt entirely inside your browser. Your document never leaves your device โ perfect for contracts, statements and other private files.
How do I remove pages I don't want?
Every page is shown as a thumbnail with a โ mark. Tap any page to drop it (it turns grey and shows 'Removed'). Tap again to keep it. Only the kept pages go into the new PDF.
Can I change the order of the pages?
Yes โ drag any page thumbnail to move it. The number badge shows its position in the final PDF, so you can reorder and extract at the same time.
How do I extract just a few pages?
Use 'Invert' after tapping the pages you want, or simply drop all the pages you don't need. Whatever stays marked with a โ becomes your new PDF.
Will the page quality change?
No. The kept pages are copied from the original exactly as they are โ text, images and formatting stay identical. Nothing is re-compressed.
Is there a page limit?
There's no fixed limit. Because everything runs on your device, very large PDFs simply take a little longer to render the thumbnails.
